Back in it's banks....
The Hampshire Avon has slipped quietly back into its banks in my part of the world. It is still very high but I managed to get close to it for a productive session this afternoon.
Here's hoping for a rain free last few weeks of the season, if the temperatures rise a little it could be an end of season bonanza!

Pleased to hear it Terry, hope you manage to get the most out of it.
Only two weekends of the river season left so i'm planning on getting on my local for both of them.

I've got the last week off work and will be on the Lower Severn amongst the silt and sludge, be nice if it were like last years end of season weatherwise (15c ) to save me freezing.
