Yes for the past four years........every time I go fishing!
Firstly I only trot the rivers September to March, and I only use a centrepin.
I spool up with 125m from the 250m 5lb BS spools and cut off 5m or so after every trip.
Yes it splits, but what the hell, its only the 'working length' which should be discarded anyway IMO.
It floats brilliantly, doesn't 'dig-in', retains its strength whether its separated or solid, and never splits more than a few inches however hard the days fishing!
I buy all mine online, unless I see it in the local shops, wherever its from the quality is always the same.
Best trotting line I've ever used in 50+ years on moving water.
