Announcement.
We currently have around £50K of stock listed on eBay UK.
If anyone is interested in carrying any of our lines, please get in touch as we will soon no longer be selling on this platform.

Assuredly, Laguna will continue providing low cost products independently at retail, as well as supplying wholesale to resellers with no minimum order value.

Thank you.

I wanted a spool for an out of production Daiwa reel. There was nothing on the Bay so I contacted Daiwa directly.
They didn't have an exact model available but sourced an identical spool from a different model and sent it by courier free of charge.
Well done Daiwa and thanks for exceptional customer service.

I stopped off at Tesco on the way to fishing today. I bought a loaf of Tesco own brand of white bread for 40 pence. Soon to be appearing on Ebay.:wh

Set of three Fox Micro Swingers in a case, immaculate and the seller even threw in a set of three of the transparent isotope covers, that frequently get lost. EBay - £18 Buy It Now price.

Very pleased with my bargain.

This must be a joke! even 39p is too much, what mug would pay £39 ??? :eek:mg:

We used to find the yellow ones (which were more visible) on ‘Fairy Liquid’ bottles, and probably still can.

They were rubbish, a wine cork with two cheap ball headed map pins stuck in it and a bit of cord attached to the rod rest was far far better in those days.

I'm guessing you don't do much shopping, or washing up. Fairy tops have been red for decades (part of their branding). If it had a yellow top, it probably wasn't Fairy. They also ditched the loop type tops many years back in favour of a hinged design (that doesn't work as an indicator). That's why some looneys will ask for daft money for the old style tops. Occasionally, someone even more daft, and terribly afflicted by a nasty case of nostalgia, might actually pay for them.

Are you feeling optimistic? Looking forward to booking a holiday and would like to take a travel rod? AD have a sale on and a Grandeslam 12 foot travel waggler rod for £34 99. 8 pieces suitcase rod. Carbon.
They also have a 15-17 foot waggler for the same price.

My experience with Grandeslam stuff is that you definitely ARE getting what you pay for!

I always thought Grandslam was similar to Avanti and both were at the time part of Roger Surgays empire, before he sold it.. not sure how AD got involved with it, Grandslam had a warehouse/despatch centre round the corner from where I worked, Had a look around it and was offered stuff at a good discount if I wanted anything.. I didnt need anything,
They did a good usable seatbox for the occasional angler, and keepnet and landing net combos .
The rods did not seem to be upto much.

Yes you are right but I thought this might be worth mentioning for someone who needs something they are not too bothered about jossling on some stony bank with the kids on hols.

Nothing new but I've saved a few quid by a bit of an overall of a Mitchel match 440A. looks a little shabby but works well, the automatic bail was a little stiff to return, a little bit of a clean plus a quick squirt of WD40 and it's sound. Just the job for a few silverfish.
Not really a saving more a salvage is that still a bargain.

I've just been on facebook and on my wall 'wish' have ads, onit just now they had an anodized aluminium hooktier in the matchman format,i'm not logged in for wish but at £2 it seems a bargain, also if you unscrew the hand held end there seems to be baiting needles or something like....
