The Cannelle Wondertress looks interesting, it seems to be a type of braid with Kevlar. I wonder how durable it is, has anybody used it?

Yeah it's great stuff , only problem is I have to order it from Belgium, I can't belive there are no uk suppliers for it. If you burn the kevlar fibre away , you can clearly see steel wire below , it's super fine

Oh yeah , way more so than conventional wire , it's an actual steel wire trace , just has kevlar aswell , try it mate , you will never regret it

Just read this thread and have been meaning to give this stuff a try as a mate swears by it.

So.......have just ordered some in 12Kg from Belgium. Interesting so see wont it!

This brand is sold by decathlon stores so you could try there. Bought some of their Sandertress leader for perch fishing. Their braid is also worth checking out.
