Regarding the pole, I used it yesterday. The pullers worked brilliantly, very impressive.
With my limitations, I always had the idea that using a puller may be a bit tricky for me. How wrong I was, it was easy enough even for me.
I was always forced to use elastics heavy enough to have a chance of landing bigger fish that occasionally push their way to my bait.
The hollow elastic was soft enough to cushion very small roach meaning I bumped no fish, but had enough oomph to manage a 5lb intruder.
The slimlite pole is a lighter than my old MAP so that's a plus but not as stiff but will be bang on for silvers fishing, easy for me to handle with a bit of strength for security against Carp.
After a first outing it seems just what I envisaged.
