The things that stop you (me!) fishing

Any where good Mike, ? i did bailiff checks around a few waters today,
helped an older member land a small carp of around 5lb, his line had got stuck behind the reel body, one pool looked as if it had mini oil slicks on it with shoals of roach and rudd basking in the sun with a few carp cruising around,

Goose Green at Mottram St Andrew! A nice fishery in lovely surroundings! I recommend it ! It is a day ticket water but available to me on my club card!

Bay Malton card ? they seem to be jumping onto day ticket waters.

when I get out,if I don't go on a club water, I am in 3 clubs so lots of choice but tend to stick with "old faithful" waters, I tend to go on commercials, such as Lloyds Meadow at Frodsham,Hampton Springs or any around the Wrightington area of wigan.

had a fall out with a surface grinding wheel.. 12 weeks off work and fishing. and 7 weeks no driving...
