The thing that puts me off bait buckets is that they are basically made of material like canvas and then they get wet.
So for my bait bucket I ended up using, well, a plastic bucket.
Weighs nothing, costs about 3 quid, dries in seconds and if it gets dirty you just jet it with the garden hose.
