Anybody watch this last night on Quest TV Freeview Ch 38, 9 00 pm?
It's about sea fishing in Hawaii by professional Kayak Anglers who fish for Big Tuna, swordfish, Marlin and the like. It has a rather pretty spearfisher woman who free dives and holds her breath for up to 4 minutes as she hunts the fish.

I found it a good watch even though it is American, with the usual hubris that goes with such programmes.

Saw it Phil, was waiting for an announcement at the end that the younger fisher had drowned due to his persistant breach of H&S guidelines from his mentor!

Some rough bits of sea around the Hawaiian islands and very changeable weather - looked as though it's not a guaranteed 'fish-a-chuck' trip even on a charter boat - let alone in a plastic kayak with pedalo power where the fish are as long as the boat!
