I have a trolley but it's far from ideal. Mine's an old Sensas one that they no longer do but it's identical to the Browning one afaics -

Mine has a 15" wheelbase and it's
really unstable, forever falling over and it doesn't have to be very rough ground. I've modified mine so I can strap the rod bag to the front. Currently available ones with rod holders have them behind the handle. Can't speak for the Browning one but the wheel spindle on mine is undersized, mine's bent which means the wheels rub on the frame and there's only about 50lb on the trolley. If the wheelbase was any wider I'd have difficulty on some of the paths I find myself on.
The other problem with mine and I suspect models with front mounted rods will be worse, is that when trailing the trolley behind you there's a big proportion of the weight on the handle, it's quite heavy going. You also need two hands on it otherwise it will rock over. I would think two handed with front mounted rods would be difficult.
All in all, I don't think two wheeled trolleys are a particlularly good way of transporting gear. Just my opinion.
