You may have noticed the Bury Hill Fishery fund-raiser for those poor people suffering in Haiti. I was wondering if a few of us could raise a predator 'Team' to attend? There are some fantastic prizes on offer and the predator fishing at Bury Hill is excellent. The problem for many in these cash-strapped days might be the entrance fee - and that's where we can all do our bit.
For instance I can't attend the fish-in but I am prepared to donate £20 towards a ticket for someone to attend in my place. That's half the cost. If a few of do this we can raise a team, make a few bob for a very worthwhile cause, and get some great fishing in at the same time.
I am suggesting it but can't organise it.
