a fancy word for fish colouration, as a child I used to catch golden tench from a local canal, it was rare to find a green ones although tench do appear to run through a colour spectrum from dark greens, blues and dark browns, koi are a good example of Xanthochroism variations in the chromatophores,so are orfe and goldfish, how many people have seen a golden pike?

Has any members caught anything unusual in coloration?

Seriously though,
Golden Tench as yourself. Very common now in commercial stillwaters.
