You're warm....I like those, some good clues in there from buildings etc. to narrow them down. Unfortunately I haven't a clue on any, pic 3 could be the Severn or more likely the Wye somewhere well downstream Hereford?
It is.Pic 4: Is that the River Brue with Glastonbury Tor in the background?

One of my pics is of a river not that far from you though possibly not a river you fish that much though I've an inkling you fish one of its tributaries.Lovely , but I reckon they are all Down South and thus in terra incognita. Here's one somewhere in between-

One of your guesses is correct.Glastonbury Tor, I was looking at that thinking it was a big clue for someone but never seen it myself. Never heard of the river brue!
Pic 3 has got me, was thinking down Symonds yat way on Wye, but sure it isn't. Or Severn in the Ironbridge area, but doesn't look quite big enough.
I know nothing about rivers north of there. Hang on, I forgot the Teme the houses could be Hereford stone?
How to waste an hour on Christmas day ?.
CorrectPic 3 is the Severn looking upstrean at Ironbridge.
Correct; time for some new pictures.I've got a feeling that picture one is the (Yorkshire) Derwent at Old Malton. Looking downstream from the bend (public access land) just upstream of the riverside car park. If that's the case, the church will be St. Mary The Virgin. Never fished it, rarely stopped there, but drove right past twice a week for several years.
Indeed it is.No 8 is standing on Kerne Bridge looking downstream, River Wye.
