Fish O'mania

hi all
this might sound like a really daft question but...

i am i full on carp fisherman
i am entering the fish o'mania at my local lake soon
im just wondering the proper rules amount of rods ( 1 i think)
how much bait you can have how many hours of fishing it is and so on
