Fished at Dennets lake ,a nice little lake with 24 pegs,beautifully planted with trees and shrubs....Drew out peg 18,fished method tight to a stage on the island,ringers groundbait on the feeder ,8mm"S" pellets hair-rigged on a quickstop .Weighed in 48-7-0,of carp and ghosties for 2nd again,this time only beaten by 3oz,winner weighing 48-10-0.....I was a bit annoyed with myself as i lost 3 fish,1 at the net.Third was 38-8-0,Weather was appalling,thats why i didnt bother with the pole,you could,nt hold it steady in the crosswind.....Winner had the wind off his back and fished 13m all day!
