Hi all, has anyone fished the park lakes in Basildon (Essex) at all? what are they like, and what are the best ways to fish them for carp/silver fish?

not fished any off them I was told most of them park lakes are run by the same bloke sorry cant remember his name pop into a local tackle shop they will know the score tight lines

Had a very nice 91-6-0 of Bream and Skimmers for a win at Northlands Park on Sunday (all caught on the waggler at 20 metres). What a change from catching 100lb bags of carp holding 14.5/16m of pole.
