So that's that sorted then.
1st of May at Clattercote.

All names mailed to Stuart, with deposit.
No deposit, no spot.

Tesco cafe for breakfast beforehand.

Into town for a beer and curry afterwards.

give people an option, spot the direction, then take the lead.
Otherwise it would spin about for 3 or 4 weeks and then it would be too late.
Get it sorted now, post the date up and people will work around it.
It's after Easter, so there shouldn't be too many committments.

1st May okay for me, and thanks for organising it Stuart. If you fancy doing it, being as you're going to make the booking, you can collect the fees in as well and then you can keep it all straight.

Yep - I'll do all the money bit as well Graham. I have been trying to get through to Clattercote but all the numbers are either unobtainable or message bulletins! I'll keep trying.

So its 1st May. Once I have secured a reservation I'll let you know and post my details.

OK chaps and girly chaps. I have reserved 25 bays for 1st May. They are happy to confirm final numbers nearer the time, so if we need more we can get them at the moment, although 25 sounds about right.

I'll post my details for money later.
