Submitting Articles? How?

Title says it all but what format, pictures sizes etc?

Send them in Word format to myself or Geoff - emails at end.

Word format is best, but plain or rich text would be OK. Pictures are important to illustrate the piece, best format JPEG. Size - preferably min of 1000 across longest side, this gives us something to edit down if needs be. We use 4x3 format, ie 400pixels across and 300pixels down for main shot so need one good one like that, bigger and we'll cut it down. The rest can be any format, landscape or portrait but still large-ish.

Thanks you for the detailed information. I'm just putting the finishing touches to it and should have it to you by the end of the week (hopefully!). I have a feeling it may be rather controversial (isn't everything these day?) but hope it makes for thought provoking and interesting reading.
Would it be best to send the pictures in a separate email from the article?

Depends on how big pictures are. I can handle 10mb I think. So if more send pics in two or three lots, otherwise try it in one first and see.

No problem. I will the pictures in the largest size I have of them and them you can re-size them as you feel appropriate.
