profile pictures and signatures etc

just wondering at what stage do admins add the privileged for these setting to an account, i dont see options for the setting on my profile, guessing it is because i am brand new ?

At the top of FM page there is the welcome bar (top right hand corner) click on your user name or my profile that will open the page

Then click about me to set up your profile,

Click Settings top right for your avatar, profile pics etc..

I have found and clicked on where you are suggesting and I've found the edit profile section but there is no option to click on to set a profile picture, through the f&q section I managed to bring up the page where you upload a picture but after making sure picture is the required size it will not add the picture when I click save, it mentions admin having to add the option from what I can make out ?

issue resolved, it was me 1. not knowing how to navigate the forum correctly 2. me not knowing the difference between a profile pic and an avatar lol.
