My wife ran a social club for a while , that was fun , for me anyway , I remember one day they were putting a new beer in and they have to test the temperature at the tap and how fast it pours etc anyway they couldn't get it right so we helped them out with disposing of the waste , lost a complete afternoon that way.
Never made it to chef but worked quite a few low end kitchens , Including the cafe in kew gardens , which was nice , chefs are a funny bunch aren't they beer weasel ?
