    Default South Yorkshire Newbie

Hi all, I'm a Sheffield angler and I'm new to the forum. I first started fishing with my uncles on the Great Ouse just over 20 years ago and I've fished on and off ever since but I'm currently enjoying my fishing more than ever at the moment and I'm hoping that continues. I'm particularly interested in match fishing, river fishing, barbel fishing and fishing urban venues although I don't mind any style of fishing. I'm looking forward to being part of the forum and sharing info and advice with some of you and hopefully progressing my fishing and carrying on enjoying it.

Thanks john and the same to you. I must admit i wouldn't mind it being a couple of degrees warmer but saying that I don't actually mind fishing for grayling on a cold winters day. Are you looking forward to the warmer weather?
