I'm keen to start building my own match rod,[14/15ft], but can't find anywhere to buy rod blanks..Any company names would be appreciated.

Failing to find a suitable blank from a retailer it could be possible to buy one suitable for your needs from e-bay as a second hander that you could strip down to ready it for your build.
There are plenty of notable brands that crop up all the time.
