Help with images to download

I have recently joined the digital era. But for the life of me I don't seem to be able to reduce picture sizes to 12kb for profile, as mine's a little old and naff. My recent images start at 1.25mg and after playing a little can only manage 18kb.

Can any of you picture boffins help. I have a very neat little Fuji Finepix f450, and a decent pc.

It's on the way Graham. Thanks for the tip, shame the larger chub did not show on Sunday, I was hoping to show a picture of a 6lb plus.

graham, any chance you could sort mine out too, i've got the same problem. i've got a sony cybershot & cant reduce the size to 12kb. I,ve got a few pictures of some whacking dove barbel to put on. if you could help i would be much obliged.thanks penneth.
