how do i insert actual picture? Don't see any icons....do i just copy and paste?

For the gallery or for your profile Keith?

In the gallery you need to create yourself a gallery folder here. Then follow the instructions.

For your profile click on the silhouette under where it says 'Fishingmagic member' and your name up in the top left of this page.
