Camera recomendation?

I'm in the market for a new, or second hand digicamera, as mine was stolen while I was in Asia.

I'd like somethingfunctional, small and slim. I'm not an enthusiast, just an occasional user. One thing I would like if possible, is an optical viewfinder, many cameras don't have this.

Cost? as little as possible!

Any thoughts/ ideas?
