Preserved baits...

Thinking of using these instead of the "traditional" frozen dead baits, but having trouble actually finding any in stock!

So:

1) Has anyone used preserved baits, and were they any good?
2) Where can I get some from, preferably that currently has them in stock

Yes I catch on preserved baits...there are quite a few places to buy but this is where I get mine from ..a good selection and at the right price - quality goods.

what do they preserve the baits with? im guessing its not formoldahyde? lol

Back in the day my local tackle shop used to sell small jars of pickled minnows - cracking dead bait for big perch and chub. Not seen them in years but if anyone sees any let me know!
