Rod Advice Please- Wychwood or Greys

I was after some opinions on two rods whichI can't decide between:

The Greys Prodigy 3lb Deadbait or the Wychwood Riot 3lb TC.

Will use mainly on Thames and some lakes. Short to long range.

Any advice or experience with either fo these would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance (don't really want to double up my carp rods as advised that repeated casting of deadbaits will excessivelysoften their action).

Got a pair of wychwood maximisers, cracking rods, cast really well.

I have abused 2 Wychwood rods for last 3 years (never cleaned properly etc) and they are as good as new - forget what they are called Rogue/Rage or something 2.5/3.0 tc - Paid £40 ish for them both - dont have experience of other similar rods but wouldnt expect to improve on them at that price level.
