Drop shot 5cm lures

hook shank should be 1/3 the length of the lure. Sometimes 1/4 the length but rarely 1/2. This I'm assuming are for soft plastics rigged on jigs such as:

You can use a variety of regular hooks or ones dedicated for drop shotting like these.

For a 5cm sized lure I would opt for one of the smaller sizes but it’s worth having a range of sizes, it’s surprising just how perch will often take the largest of hooks when they are in full hunt mode.
