Help!

Have just noticed a small cut (1/2 inch) in my Trakker Nordic jacket which I have only worn about 3 times and haven't got a clue how the cut got there. How do I go about repairing this? It right at the bottom on the outside of the jacket.

AQUASURE, urethane repair Adhesive & Sealant.

I got mine from the tackle shop I use, most good tackle shops should stock it, if not, try here, its the shop i got mine from.
