essex venue

hello, could anyone recomend a day ticket carp fishery within an hours drive from leigh on sea essex,with a decent chance to catch 12lb plus carp in a day for me and my 15year old son.
any help would be great such as venue bait rigs, areas to fish that sort of thing.
