I have copied this from the Wreath for graham (the crow) thread
If anyone is sending money though PayPal to Steve (binka’s) send the payment as a family & friend’s payment that way there won’t have to pay PayPal fees
If you use PayPal, you can send something to him by using this recipient email

If you don't, you can send a cheque or cash to him here
