Liverpool Bay Tope Fishing

A mate and I fancy a day's Tope fishing out of Liverpool. Does anyone know a good boat/skipper that we can use?

Try the local boat clubs. They might be able to help. The one i was a member of use to take people to help cover fuel and bait cost.
