Selsey East in October

Hi Guys,

Was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on fishing Selsey and the surrounding area.

I am visiting with family for a week in late October and hoping to get some fishing in, we are staying in a house around 50 yards from the east beach. I am a pretty novice Sea angler so any advice would be fantastic. It would be fantastic if fishing Selsey East is productive due to location but happy to go elsewhere if not.

Once again any advice or information would be great.

This is going to be hear say as never fished there but the gist I get from the sea forums is there can be quite fast tides and lots of weed come summer.

Be rude not to give it a crack if it's on your doorstep mind sorry not much more help.
