mull fishing marks

im off to mull next week have any of you shore fished on the isle im thinking of taking a f/s reel loaded with 25lb mono coupled with a 10ft rod any ideas tactics would be appreciated

Was on my hols a couple years ago and staying at tobermory and fished in the harbour on a evening and was just catching wrasse on ragworm you can get bait from a tackle shop in the harbour ,some local told us to try calve island just down the road from tobermory on the left ,only had basic gear with us , only had more wrasse and 2 pollack.
