Help required please to identify this vintage rod

Hi everybody i`m hoping one of you maybe able to help me identify the make of this vintage sea rod , the whipping looks familiar , but can`t remember from where ( age thing ) i`ts 3 metre approx 9.8 feet , so probably a pier rod it has Item No 0111 length 3.00m and action b-120 but no makers name........Please see attached pics ( hope ive done that right ! )thanks in advance regards Andy

Not certain, but, I think MILBRO used to make rods in that colour of blank . . . . .

The type of sticker looks familiar to Milbro coarse rods,

Shakespeare used to rate their rods with an action (a-d) and casting weight (120) so thats my guess.
