Re: new whip tip split ?

As above, I could use rod and reel and sometimes will if the fish are beyond the range of my whip. I use the whip in a fashion similar to the pellet waggler method when targeting Rudd, feeding and...

    Re: Size isn’t everything!

I’ve watched a lot of Chris’s videos, he comes across as a competent, experienced and responsible angler.

His videos are very well made and little wonder he has 28k subscribers.

    Re: Preventing sun/heat stroke

It’s important for us all to remember that when fishing we get a double dose of rays with reflections from the water.

Also not to get caught out on cloudy days, my last trip as described on HDYGO...

Yes that was my reccomendation, I have that very whip. Playing a fish these tips are incredibly robust but they are also easy to splinter, very typical of carbon, even with F1 cars. I damaged one of...

Re: new whip tip split ?

What a shame, what make is it and where did you buy it?

They’ve gone Kev, if you find any old stock, grab it quick! Managed to find a couple of bags of 131 recently which will be used sparingly.
