pour on boiling water or very wet, still hot, just cooked particles and allow to cool for 5 minutes, then mould into balls.
I then freeze mine, if not use within the day or it starts to go very crumbly.

I have used vitalin for a long time now and my normal method is to blend 50-50 with a method mix. What I didn't realise was that I had to scald it first, is this essential or does this mean that Im doing it wrong. I mix it on the bank with cold water by the way

not really, I just think it mixes better with warm or hot water.
