Birds Green Lakes

Can anyone give me any information as to what Birds Green Lakes are like?, what is the fishing like in the summer and what sort of fish are you most likely to catch?. also what methods are normally best.
I have an inter Club Match on this water this summer and have never fished it; so any info would be gratefully recieved.

Birds Green is a four lake complex beside the river Roding, the species are Carp,Bream,Roach,Rudd,Tench,and Chubb.
facilities ..toilets and Cafe

fished it last year with waggler and sweetcorn, lots of bites, feeder can be good for the bream close to island,
