Another 1000 anglers caught fishing without a rod licence, its about time the EA Tied up with the weekly angling papers and named and shamed the lot of them.
There culpits tackle should then be confiscated and all tackle given to or sold for good causes.

and the fines should be worthwhile.....

make it ?500 and they'd think twice.

The limit is ?2500 and tackle confiscation, at least make it worthwhile...bloody judges...
