Congratulations to the Drennan England Team who bagged Gold in the European Championships in Hungary this week.

Individually, Will Raison grabbed Silver and Stuart Conroy got 5th.

Ain't it a pitty the footy team couldn't do the same!!

At least we win some sports!!

Great performance this, especially when the England team developed a 'secret' method for day one which saw them win the day by 12 points.

Despite suffering a very bad draw on day 2 ( Scotthorne 23rd out of 25 ) they hung on to win by 2 points. Plus, all of the other teams copied Englands first day approach to catch fish.

Top job, by a top team.

On a sad note, it is a shame that Bob Nudd has 'retired' from international fishing after 20 years, but then again some of the younger starts can progress through the ranks now. Cheers Bob!
