Spanish fishing

I need to know what fishing can be done near torreveja near alicante. I am interested in sea and coarse fishing there and would like to know where and what can be caught from this location also are there any bylaws or permits that are needed to fish the spanish seas. just type fishing spain or fishing alicante on your search engine. You'll find more than enough info there.
