Searching Old Threads?

I want to look back at a thread where there where quite a few postings on Moon Phases but there seems to be no facility to search for key words in the thread titles or in the thread text. Is this possible I seem to remember it was in the past before the site was re-organized?

John, the forum search facility was removed when the site was updated. I seem to mention Graham saying that the techie boys were working on bringing it back, but as yet, nothing.

Reckon the only way you'll find it is to trawl back through the pages and hope you can spot it.

coincidence or what? I was just trying to look something up & spent 10 mins looking for the search facility.
When I couldn't find it came across this at the top of the list.
