Imagine the very worse possible time to schedule a church canoe evening....then imagine how our Head Bailiff felt when the farmer who owns one of our prime stretches of Ribble told us this morning that he'd agreed to let a group of church youngsters hold a canoe activity on the RADAC stretch at Ribchester on Wednesday the 16th June between 8 - 10 p.m!
Its no-one's fault but just one of those things. May we suggest that any RADAC member planning to start the new season on Wednesday evening choose another stretch!
The day ticket stretch at Ribchester may be affected as well so please be aware.
