"Everyone" knows about the likes of csl, marmite, bovril, etc. what others do you use.

Bart Stir Fry pastes are great as a dip and in groundbaits...

Nam Plue (or something like that) Thai fish sauce - loads of salt in that too. Leave a bait in a dip of that for long enough and the salt starts to form on the outside of the bait.

Jelly, melted in hot water. Obviously can't be left too long 'cause it solidifies.

Nesquik type milkshake powders, great in groundbait or in stick mixes.

gravy (with added salt)

great for pouring over chum mixers and also into Vitalin.

never found curry to make that much difference, garlic on the other hand, now that is a SHHHhhhhhhhh.......

depends what you're putting the curry powder in though don't it.

Strawberry syrup and treacle that black stuff,add a little hot water, I have even used golden syrup to add sweetness.
