My Reel Needs a service

Hi
Can anybody out there suggest a good service centre that will not charge a fortune or rip me off. the reel as started to make a whinning noise when i wind under pressure. There is nothing failing yet so hopeing a service will rectify it. The reel is about 2 years old.
