A number of members are submitting images with no file name, ie, not ending with .jpg or .gif. The server won't accept these, so please make sure the name of your image has either .jpg or .gif at the end of it when you go to the browse box and upload it. Without the file name all you would see is a small white box with a red X in it. I have to delete these as they come in.
