After all, this is a commercial website, not a free vehicle for your advertising.

6lb chub, 30lb carp, 12lb barbel, 4lb perch and 2lb roach all came from a free stretch. that's not too bad fishing from a very cheep stretch.

Jas I was refering to the quality of the guide not the Thames fishing! BTW no offence meant Aaron!Only teasing!

Aaron,take this oportunity to convince me (and any other potential customers) why I would want to pay you money (no matter how cheap!)to guide me on the Thames.

A guide needs a lot of knowledge to be able to be sucsessful.I fished for nearly 30 years specialising in my chosen species for nearly 12 and on the venues I worked for much the same catching many fish of specimen weight including a few national record breakers before I considered myself in a position to guide.Even after all that I then had to build a reputation as a "good" guide rather than just a "good"fisherman before I could call my self a proffesional.A lot more to being a guide than just going fishing.

Ah well I gave you the chance to further yourself but you threw it away,A wasted oportunity.Another wanabe me thinks.No more from me on the subject as I would much rather debate the meaning of life and the contents of my boillies with Roto or lycra v spandex with Wol.
