Hi
I am thinking about buying a Fox TXR system and was wondering what they are like and would they be worth me buying it.
I do hope someone can help me.

they work fine but battery life in receiver is very poor

Smashing bit of kit that I wouldnt be without. Especially for fishing at night. I dont know if Fox have changed them but my TXRs run on PP3 batteries so it wont break the bank to carry a couple of spares

9v the square ones, is what mine used at best one battery every two weeks
