Who is M.A.C?

Can anyone tell me who M.A.C are? They've got private fishing boards up on the Gt Ouse at Houghton Mill near Huntingdon and at a pit near St Ives. Local tackle shops haven't been able to help and I've not seen anyone fishing their waters to ask. Any ideas?
