My local angling club are going to clear the weed in a pond using a product called Casoron G. Has anyone any experience of using this stuff i'd be greatfull of any feedback.

Contact your local EA Fisheries Dept.

They'll visit the sight and advise accordingly.

Good idea Jeff, Malcolm, I believe Casoron G de-oxygenates the water, and is mainly used on running water.

There's loads of info on there isn't there ?
all about different plants,weeds etc.
