Has anyone ever used this site floatsonline.com, are they reliable?

I've seen some complaints about them on internet forums, they do normally come back and defend themselves and sound plausible enough, but I'd be a bit wary.

My one experience was in requesting prices for a personal pattern of a particular float, by e-mail.
After several mails from me (all unanswered) I phoned them to be told that:
"we don't often use the e-mail"

This from a company that relies on internet selling??????????????

Dont bother unless you are trade, phoned them some months back with a order for dave thomas loc slide floats.
My order was nearly ?40 worth, the lady on the other end said sorry trade only.
(dont mention that on there web site or the didn't then)
(Eventually got them through Big Rik on here)
